Have your Aprilia RSV4 look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

Engineered to deliver the pure racing spirit of the Noale-built V4, the CR-T slip-on muffler is one of SC-Project’s most iconic systems, derived directly from MotoGP and Moto2 experience.

Crafted from high-quality carbon fibre, it cuts over 80% of the OEM exhaust weight, sharply improving vehicle dynamics. Performance gains reach up to +4.2 hp and +3.3 Nm of torque at 9,900 rpm, with stronger, smoother delivery across the low and mid-range.

With its fully racing-oriented design and unmistakable SC-Project sound, the CR-T sets the benchmark in its class. The large round outlet intensifies the Aprilia V4’s voice into a deep, aggressive tone, measuring 107 dB at 6,700 rpm.

Each unit features handcrafted TIG welds, an aggressive high-mount layout and a premium carbon sleeve, completed by an aluminium riveted plate with a 3D-embossed SC-Project logo, identical to those used by our official Racing Department.

Installation is fully plug & play; the original exhaust valve must be removed. ECU remapping is recommended to optimise engine performance.
