The 2021–2022 Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 set a benchmark in their class, and their racing DNA finds the perfect match in the SC1-R muffler – the flagship of the SC-Project range for performance and technology.

Developed with Aprilia Racing, the SC1-R is designed for 1,100 cc hypersport engines and available in a 350 mm length for an aggressive, sporty look. The full-titanium racing link pipe allows removal of the OEM exhaust valve while delivering a 43% weight reduction versus the stock system.

Noise levels remain within track limits: 102 dB @ 6,500 rpm with the dB-killer, 104 dB without. The hydroformed outlet pipe and rhomboidal, asymmetrical carbon-fibre end cap make the SC1-R the ideal slip-on for these models, with a choice of titanium or carbon-fibre outer body.

High-quality T.I.G. welds, high-temperature sound-absorbing material, and CNC-machined bushings ensure durability and precision. Installation is plug-and-play, with ECU remapping recommended for optimal performance. The kit includes a carbon-fibre heat shield, racing bracket (for passenger footpeg removal), and full-titanium link pipe.

Performance gains are significant: up to +6.5 Nm of torque and +7.0 hp @ 8,000 rpm without the baffle, with improvements spread consistently from 3,000 to 13,000 rpm – delivering a deep, thrilling racing soundtrack for Aprilia enthusiasts.
