The 2021–2022 Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 set a new benchmark in their class, and their racing DNA is perfectly complemented by the SC1-R muffler – the flagship of the SC-Project range.

Developed in close collaboration with Aprilia Racing, the SC1-R silencer delivers top-level performance and technology for Noale’s 1100 cc V4 engines. An exclusive valve system, derived from MotoGP and WSBK, ensures full Euro 5 compliance while delivering real performance gains: +1.4 Nm at 7,500 rpm and +1.8 hp at 13,000 rpm, with improvements across the 5,000–13,000 rpm range.

A 20% weight reduction versus the OEM exhaust sets a new benchmark for homologated systems, and the sound is a true soundtrack for Aprilia enthusiasts. The hydroformed outlet pipe, carbon fibre end cap with rhomboidal, asymmetric design, and lightweight titanium body give the SC1-R an aggressive, race-inspired look.

Premium details such as T.I.G. welds in a controlled environment, high-temperature-resistant packing, and CNC-machined bushings underline its quality. The valve system works with the original ECU and wiring for plug-and-play installation, with no remapping required. Each kit includes a dedicated carbon fibre heat shield.
