Have your Aprilia RSV4 look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

Experience the pure racing spirit of the Noale-built V4 with the CR-T slip-on muffler, one of SC-Project’s most iconic systems derived directly from MotoGP and Moto2.

Made from high-quality carbon fibre, the CR-T cuts over 80% of the weight of the OEM exhaust, sharpening vehicle dynamics. It delivers up to 5.5 hp and 3.7 Nm of torque at 9,900 rpm, with stronger power and torque across the low- and mid-range.

With its 100% racing-focused design and unmistakable SC-Project sound, the CR-T lets Aprilia’s V4 roar through a large round outlet, producing deep, aggressive tones at 111 dB and 6,700 rpm.

Each unit features handcrafted TIG welds, a titanium honeycomb outlet grid, and an aggressive low-mount layout that underlines its technical refinement and racing pedigree. An aluminium riveted plate with a 3D-embossed SC-Project logo completes the silencer, identical to those used by our official Racing Department.

Installation is fully plug & play, but requires removing the original exhaust valve. ECU remapping is recommended to maximise engine performance.
