SC Project Exhaust Aprilia RS660 “Trofeo” 2-1 Titanium Full System Titanium SC1-R Silencer

The full-system SC-Project “Trofeo” is the direct result of a development project for the Aprilia RS660 track version initiated by our R&D department.

This project aimed to create a “ready to race” version in collaboration with the Aprilia Racing department as part of the Factory Works program. The SC-Project “Trofeo” exhaust was developed at Aprilia’s request for their ambitious trophy program in the 250 Sport Production and RS660 classes.

The complete exhaust system was designed specifically for the Aprilia RS 660, following extensive research, development, and design efforts by the SC-Project R&D team for the Aprilia Racing RS 660 Trophy.

This full exhaust system is compatible with the original lambda probe. It incorporates top-tier technical features, such as TIG welding conducted in a controlled environment and CNC-machined billet bushings. These components provide optimal coupling, facilitating easier assembly and enhancing performance.

The kit’s lightweight design contributes to improved bike handling. The headers, made from variable-sized titanium, significantly increase performance, enhancing both torque and maximum power across the rev range. Additionally, removing the original catalyst results in a notable reduction in operating temperature.

The SC1-R muffler, available in both titanium and carbon, delivers a deep and rich sound to the bike.

Not suitable for riding with passengers. We recommend removing passenger footpegs. 

ECU remapping is recommended
