HP Corse has launched its latest exhaust systems for the BMW R Nine T, which premiered at the Milan Motorcycle Show in November 2022.

 The HYDROFORM RS exhaust system is the result of a merger between technological breakthroughs, best design, and premium materials, staying true to the soul of the BMW R Nine T. This time, the Italian brand remains true to itself by mastering hydroforming technology, a staple in exhaust production, and state-of-the-art welding technology to reach superior aesthetic and functional quality levels compared to traditional processes.

The single and twin exhaust systems are crafted from fine-grade stainless steel and shaped in a conic sleeve with internal and external lateral veinings, creating an adventure-inspired look. The stainless steel pressed case has an increasing diameter from the inside out, accentuating the curved coned profile while maintaining a smooth surface finish. The case backs are secured by just four rivets each, reducing clutter and providing maximum grip. This contemporary aftermarket solution has a neo-retro allure. It is entirely in step with modern motorcyclists’ expectations, ready to outfit a bike that embodies the experience and tech innovation of almost a century of BMW Motorrad’s existence. Additionally, the exhaust systems are Euro 5 road-legal.
