WRS Manufacturing was born in 2009, right after the creation of the WRS company. WRS started with small handmade productions of the most essential touring bikes. The demand increased exponentially, so we invested and increased production using the best technological equipment.

WRS creates our products from zero, starting with the Research & Development department and ending with the final manufacturing process. We use high-technology tools like Laser Cutting machines, 3D scanners, CNC milling machines, and simulation software. Our long experience and the best technologies allow us to achieve high-quality standards.

Our R&D department is constantly working to create new, innovative products. Physical simulator software allows us to achieve high aerodynamic performance combined with a design that follows the bike style. Finally, we test the product on the road to ensure it meets our aesthetic and performance standards without any annoying turbulence.

WRS screens are used worldwide in all categories of motorcycle use, including road, race, enduro, etc. You’ll see WRS screens in BSB, WSBK, AMA Superbike, and MotoGP!

Brembo 14 RCS Adjustable Radial Brake Master Cylinder https://conquestracingltd.com/product/brembo-14-rcs-adjustable-radial-brake-master-cylinder/ Thu, 11 Jan 2024 12:11:40 +0000 https://conquestracingltd.com/?post_type=product&p=183910 Brembo 14 RCS Adjustable Radial Brake Master Cylinder

“The 14RCS is best used with a single-disc brake system.”

The Brembo RCS radial brake master cylinders allow riders to choose between power or precision according to road conditions, weather, personal preference, and familiarity with the bike. This patented master cylinder, which is directly derived from the one used in MotoGP, features an innovative adjustment system that allows the same master cylinder to cater to the different requirements of even the most demanding customers.

The Brembo RCS radial master cylinder is designed to bring MotoGP and Superbike technology to numerous enthusiasts, setting new standards for high-performance brake components in terms of technology and style.

The RCS system comprises an adjuster that sets the brake lever pivot distance to either 18 or 20 mm, providing the perfect feedback between rider and machine. Setting the pivot distance to 20 mm makes the braking system more responsive and immediate, while a pivot distance of 18 mm makes it more precisely controllable.

The process of switching between the two settings is extremely quick and easy. You can adjust the master cylinder pivot distance by turning the adjuster on the front of the guide lever with a cam mechanism by 180° using a screwdriver. The red colour indicates 18 mm, and the black colour indicates 20 mm. This changes the braking power distribution without altering the pure power of the system itself.

The pistons, gaskets, and push rods of RCS master cylinders are precisely the same components as those found in the master cylinders used by almost all MotoGP and SBK riders. They are manufactured to very fine tolerances and ensure very low friction.

The lever is composed of two primary components: the racing lever guide and the folding, forged lever.

Technical features:

  • Piston diameter: 14 mm
  • Lever distance: 18 / 20mm
  • Material: CNC-forged aluminium
  • Finishing: Hard anodising
  • Mass: 350gr.
  • Brake Fluid: DOT 4
  • Compatible with ABS systems.

Over the 50 years since Brembo was founded in Italy, their company history has been dotted with great technological, sporting, and commercial successes, transforming the company into a global leader – a brand synonymous with “brakes” worldwide.

Its successes include producing the first complete braking system, installed as standard on Moto Guzzi and Laverda motorcycles in 1972; the Formula 1 supply for Ferrari in 1975; the first aluminium caliper and the first carbon discs in the 1980s. In 2021, Brembo celebrated its first 60 years of history: An entrepreneurial adventure steeped in technological innovation and continuous research in design and performance, which has led to a starring role in motorsport.

Look at any top-level motorsport, whether it’s two or four-wheeled, and it won’t take you long to find a Brembo braking system – they make some of the world’s best brakes for some of the world’s best teams, and we wouldn’t use anything else on our race bikes.
